HEALTHY CHOICES FOR MEN
Brief, Informative, Affordable Classes That Make a Difference in a Man's Health
Learn practical ways to take responsibility for your health. Become a proactive and educated participant in all your healthcare decisions from practitioner choice to self-care.
SHIFTING OUR FOCUS FROM ILLNESS TO WELLNESS:
We traditionally seek medical help when we're hurting. That makes sense. However, the field of medicine is primarily based on disease and trauma and fixing those problems.
Health is not based on problems and so to seek health, rather than just avoid disease, takes a fresh perspective. These classes help you shift that view.
APPLYING NEW KNOWLEDGE TO GET RESULTS:
When we do seek medical are for a medical, or psychological, problem, we need to know how to make sense of the choices available to us. With the new integration of traditional and non-traditional medical practices, with the confusing array of health insurance concerns, with the need to learn to communicate well with healthcare practitioners, with the extensive research and the limited dollars how do we make that decision? These classes help you sort out the issues.
3 HOUR SATURDAY CLASS: $45.00
4 WEEK CLASS $160.00. Meets once weekly and includes a one hour personal consultation with Jack Campbell during the series. $160.00
